I haven’t baked croissants since I did the initial recipe development (I think I kind of burned out on all the iterations) but I’m happy to say I’ve still got it! I’ll make some small changes next time (the new oven is a bit truer to temp than the old, so I need to adjust my recipes) but overall I’m very happy with these!
